Happishades Gel Wax For Candle Making DIY Projects, For Making Clear & Transparent Candles

Gel wax is a transparent, clear, rubbery wax capable of burning almost twice as long as paraffin or Soy wax candles. Also, It burns about twice as slowly as traditional wax

To make a gel candle:

1. Choose a glass jar or beverage glass and any wax inserts that you would like to embed in your candle.
2. Melt the Gel wax upto 110°C.
3. Mix in any High Flash point Fragrance oil gently.
4. Do not Stir Vigorously as that will form bubbles in the Wax.
5. Bring the temperature down to 105°C before pouring in.
6. Pour Gently and Slowly to avoid Bubble formation. 

Gel Wax Melting Instructions: 

1. Melt the Gel wax in a vessel directly over stove. Do not use double boiler method for Gel Wax
2. Avoid stirring too much while melting Gel Wax. Over stirring causes bubbles. 
3. Melt the wax till the temperature is 110°C and do not over heat beyond this temperature. 

Melting Temperature : 110°C

Pouring Temperature: 100°C - 105°C
